Patchy Buttony Brooches

I have a new batch of brooches for sale, in a range of pretty colours for you to chose from.

Made from good quality felt and stuffed with a little wadding to give them some padding, these brooches are all unique and handmade with love. Chose from the following colours:

'Blue'

A pretty blue coloured felt with little patches of floral and paisley fabric with pinky flowers on a range of blue backgrounds. There are three different patches, and four co-ordinating blue buttons, one textured vintage, one pale blue polka dot, one deep blue and one baby blue. There is a little ribbon tag on the side, and it is stitched all around with a dark blue embroidery thread.

'White'

A very sweet white felt brooch with patches of red and white, including a polka dot, pretty floral and a tiny patch of strawberry fabric. Added to this is a pretty cluster of white buttons in small medium and large sizes and an adorable white ribbon bow button. The edging is a co-ordinating red stitching, and there is a little red satin ribbon tag.

'Pink'

A cute pink felt brooch, with floral and paisley patches, and a mix of pretty pink buttons : a deep pink flower shape, a pink gingham button, a sparkly glittery button and a pale pink button. The edging is stitched with a matching pink thread, with a little pink ribbon tag.

'Red'

A festive red felt brooch with patches of red and white polka dot, and two sizes of red and white gingham. The button cluster for this is a large red button, a red and white gingham button, and a sweet red heart shaped button. The edge is stitched with a matching red thread and there is a little red ribbon tag at the side.

'Green'

A lovely green felt brooch, with patches of green and white polka dot, and a leaf print fabric, with a cluster of new and vintage buttons including a criss cross textured one, and three other co-ordinating buttons. The stitching is a matching dark green, with a sweet little ribbon tag at the side.

Each brooch heart measures approximately 6cm x 6cm (2.5inches x 2.5inches)

They all have a brand new silver brooch bar on the back, and are presented on a pretty 'Roses and Gingham' card. A lovely little gift, or stocking filler guaranteed to brighten up your winter coat!

Each heart is £3.80 plus £1 postage and packaging in the UK.

Delicious Felt Donuts

I have for sale here a set of little handmade felt donuts. They come in a set of three delicious toppings: pink, white and chocolate and would be wonderful as a quirky display in a kitchen or dining room.

The donuts are individually hand stitched and topped with little sparkly beady sprinkles in pink and brown. A lot of care and attention has gone into making these, and they are a lovely little set, and would make a great gift. I must stress these are not intended to be used as a toy because of the small beads.

As you can see the main part of the donut is a pale brown felt, topped with three different coloured felt 'icing' and beady sprinkles.

'Yummy Chocolate'

'Pretty Pink'

and 'Original White'

The will come to you piled up and tied with a pretty ribbon and wrapped in tissue paper.

Each donut measures approximately 8cm (3inches) in diameter.

Good enough to eat!

Pretty Handmade Lavender Butterflies

Some pretty little lavender butterflies have floated their way into the shop, and are now for sale....

I have nine different butterflies for you to chose from, each has been lovingly handmade by myself using some very pretty fabrics, and stuffed with organic lavender so they smell beautiful.

A perfect present for a little girls room, or to hang from the side of your bed to help you drift off, these would also be great to loop over the top of a hanger in your wardrobe to keep it smelling fresh.

Firstly is this rosali pink paisley butterfly with a co-ordinating deep pink ribbon and sparkly pink glitter button.

BUTTERFLY REF: PAISLEY

Another pink fabric, this one has tiny little cherries and flowers on it, and is very sweet. It has a deep pink ribbon, and a small green button.

BUTTERFLY REF: CHERRY ONE

A pretty floral print fabric, in colours of pinks and lilacs, with a deep peach ribbon and square shape mother of pearl button on the front for decoration.

BUTTERFLY REF: PEACH 

A lovely blue butterfly next, this one is crafted in a blue polka dot fabric, with deep pink flowers. The hanging loop is pale blue and the button is a deep pink to co-ordinate.

BUTTERFLY REF: BLUE POLKA 

This butterfly is made from a very sweet floral print fabric on a pale pink background. The hanging loop is a matching pale pink, and there is a little flower shaped clear glitter button on the front for decoration.

BUTTERLY REF: PINK

Next is another large floral butterfly, with flowers of lilac and pink. The hanging loop is lilac and there is a co-ordinating lilac polka dot button in the center.

BUTTERFLY REF: LILAC

This butterfly below is made using a retro flower print in pale blues and purples. There are some lovely little white flowers on one side as you can see. The ribbon loop is a turquoise and the button is a pale blue with a little white heart in the center.

BUTTERFLY REF: RETRO BLUE

Another pretty pink cherry print butterfly, this one has a pink hanging loop and a clear pink sparkly button in the center.

BUTTERFLY REF: CHERRY TWO

Lastly, this butterfly is made from a large floral yellow fabric, with a lilac ribbon and sweet matching lilac polka dot button.

Each butterfly measures approximately 12cm high x 10cm wide (5inches x 4inches).

The back of the butterfly is a plain cream fabric, and each butterfly comes giftwrapped in pretty tissue paper with a roses and gingham tag.

Handmade Christmas Stockings

These are an example of the range of unique handmade christmas stockings I make to order. 

Each stocking is handmade by me using a range of lovely fabrics and colours, which you can chose yourself.

They each have an appliqued motif in co-ordinating fabric on the front which is hand embroidered and securely bondawebed on. 

Chose from hearts, stars, or perhaps you'd like a specific initial or maybe a christmas tree? 

Each stocking measures approximately 35cm long (14 inches) by 15cm wide (6inches)

They are fully lined with cream fabric, and have a secure loop of matching ribbon to hang them from. There is also a special Roses and Gingham label stitched inside the stocking.

Each stocking is £8 each plus £1 postage in the UK.

Gingham Christmas Spice Hearts

As Christmas is fast approaching I have been busy making some pretty decorations.
These red gingham hearts are each filled with a lovely Christmas spice scent, and decorated with a small felt heart and co-ordinating button in the center.

As you can see, the felt hearts have been embroidered on with a contrasting thread to add a sweet handmade touch. There is a mix of red felt with white buttons, or white felt with red buttons, your choice.



These are lovely and would look very sweet on your Christmas tree, or hung around the room.
They measure appoximately 9cm in length and 9cm at the widest part of the heart {3.5inches x 3.5inches}

They hang from a loop of rustic string at the top and really do smell lovely. They have been lovingly handmade and stuffed with good quality stuffing. The backs of the hearts are plain red gingham.

These shaker style hearts are £3.50 each plus £1.00 postage.

Pretty Lavender Hearts

Here are some lovely lavender hearts made from a range of pretty fabrics. All hearts are handmade and contain a few scoops of lavender, making them smell lovely. Perfect for hanging next to your bed or in your wardrobe to keep clothes smelling nice...

The first three are slightly smaller, and this is reflected in the price.
